Campaign Platform: Bringing the A Game in Education, Innovation, and Service

As your slated candidate for Second Supreme-Anti-Basileus, I am committed to advancing our brother/sisterhood by strengthening our foundation in lifelong learning, chapter support, and professional excellence. My platform focuses on four key priorities that will elevate our collective impact and make education a cornerstone of our growth:

1. Become the CNE Provider of Choice for Chapters and Regions

If elected, I will work with all nurse planners to streamline and expand our Continuing Nursing Education (CNE) application and offerings, ensuring that chapters and regions look to our organization first for accredited, relevant, and high-quality nursing education. By becoming the go-to resource, we not only support licensure and certification requirements—we enhance our professional brand and service capacity nationwide.

2. Expand and Optimize the Learning Management System (LMS)

Our LMS is a powerful tool with enormous capabilities. I propose collaborating with stakeholders on its expansion to include interactive modules, specialized tracks, and culturally relevant content that meets the diverse needs of our members. Accessible, intuitive, and innovative—our LMS will become a hub for learning, connection, and advancement.

3. Conduct a Comprehensive Organizational Learning Needs Assessment

To serve effectively, we must first listen. I would oversee the development and implementation of a learning needs assessment across all levels of our organization. This data-driven approach will allow us to identify gaps, customize education, and plan strategically for the future—ensuring our programming reflects what members truly need and value.

4. Align Education Offerings with State Board Requirements

I will work to ensure that the sorority offers our members access to offerings required by their state boards of nursing. This alignment guarantees that our members are receiving credit-worthy, practice-enhancing learning experiences that support their licensure, compliance, and career goals—wherever they are.
